Terms of use

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the public website operated by Nexus Lab Technologies, Inc. (“Nexus Lab,” “we,” or “us”). Please read them before using the website.

Nexus Lab develops tools that help airlines understand contrail impacts and assess ways to address them. Access to our platform, trials, analytics, consulting, and other customer services is governed by a separate written agreement with the customer. These Terms do not replace or change that agreement.

1. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it;
  • Introduce malicious code or use the website to transmit harmful material; or
  • Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

If you submit information through a website form, you must have the right to provide it. Please do not submit confidential airline or flight operational data through a general website form unless we have agreed to receive it through that channel.

2. Website content

The website provides general information about Nexus Lab, our work, and topics related to aviation and contrails. We may update or remove content at any time.

Website content is not a flight planning instruction or a substitute for an airline’s own operational, safety, or regulatory decisions. Descriptions of our platform and services on this website do not change the terms of a separate customer agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, images, design, and other content on the website are owned by Nexus Lab or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print website content for your own internal informational use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use it without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law. “Nexus Lab” and our logos may not be used in a way that suggests our endorsement without our prior written permission.

This section does not transfer ownership of any information you provide to us or of any customer data governed by a separate agreement.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information through the website. Please review it when using our forms or otherwise providing personal information.

5. Third-party links

The website may link to websites or services operated by others. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

6. Website availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but its content may contain errors or become outdated. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or operate without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, the public website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, express or implied. This section applies only to the public website. Any commitments concerning our platform or customer services are set out in the applicable written customer agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexus Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits either party’s rights or obligations under a separate written customer agreement.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice on the website. Updated Terms apply to use of the website after they are posted.

9. Restricting access

We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect it, address misuse, or comply with applicable law. This section does not govern access to our platform under a separate customer agreement.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the public website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

11. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
